Absolutely incredible service! Went above and beyond to fix some other things too, as a courtesy. Great pricing compared to those around and the turnaround time was fantastic, and the repairs make the car good as new! I am very Satisfied and recommend. Hopefully I don’t need a reasonto be back, but if I do, I will absolutely pick this place!

Excellent customer service! Everyone I dealt with was helpful, responsive, friendly and I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire repair process. They also helped navigate the entire process with our insurance company.We had a tight timeframe for the repair since the car needed to be available to travel to another state and all work was completed on time and the car looks perfect. One of the best body shops I've worked with. The work performed was better than expected. I have a flame red truck, I've taken it to COW for two major repairs and a handful of minor repairs. They matched the factory paint perfectly, like nothing ever happened. I strongly recommend visiting this shop to perform your repairs.

Felt very at ease when I brought my car in for an estimate after an accident after dealing with spammy calls from other body shops. They took great care of my car, the work looks amazing!There was a small issue when the wrong part was sent (not their fault) and I got anxious about the timeline but the owner Bob was gracious and kind to me and did everything he could to get my car back quickly.
